Personal Training

I know that modern life can be jam-packed, making it hard to prioritise fitness. I offer individualised exercise programs that will accommodate your busy schedule, while allowing you to meet your fitness goals. Your health and fitness is my top priority. Check out the different ways in which I can help you achieve the results you want.

One to one

This is one to one training for which an individualised programme is written for you with nutritional advice. This is based on an initial consultation, postural assessment and appropriate body measurements.

Group Fitness

This is great if you enjoy the motivational benefits of training with others. This can range from paired training to a maximum of four people. It is a more economical way of training because you can split the cost between the group. It is advisable for the group to be of a similar fitness level, though exercises can of course be differentiated for individuals if needed.

Pre and Post Natal programme design

Pregnancy doesn't mean that you have to stop exercising! There are many reasons why it is important to maintain your fitness throughout pregnancy both for you and your baby. And during the post natal period, it is equally important to gradually build up your fitness levels, for both physical and mental reasons.

After the initial consultation, I can design both pre and post natal programmes with nutritional advice based on your individual needs.
